NCAC invites all HIV/AIDS community-based programs that provide HIV/AIDS-related services (i.e., treatment, testing, prevention education, housing, or other supportive services) to clients primarily in Northern California to submit an application. Contact info@norcalaidscycle.org with inquiries.

2011 NorCal AIDS Cycle Beneficiaries
Breaking Barriers Provides education services for people at risk for HIV infection, low- and moderate-income people through HIV testing services, outreach, and workshops. Offers transportation services for clients to and from medical appointments, resource referrals, in home support services and housing referrals.
Caring Choices Offers programs that will help serve individuals with HIV/AIDS and their families. Staff includes Registered Nurses and Social Case Managers who have in-depth experience to assess and evaluate which specific programs will meet the individual needs of those with HIV/AIDS.
CARES Clinic Provides people from all communities, who are living with HIV and AIDS, state of the art, comprehensive health care and social services in a self-empowering environment.
Golden Rule Services Resolves health, education, employment and criminal justice disparities in People of Color communities through culturally competent programs and resources.
Harm Reduction Services Gives clients a “real voice” in programs and policies designed to serve them and is the belief that making practical, safer, realistic, steps towards reducing ones harm will create long term positive change in individuals and communities.
Sacramento Gay & Lesbian Center Serves the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community of the Greater Sacramento Region by providing space, diverse programming, advocacy, and awareness in an affirmative and safe environment.
Shasta Trinity Tehama Food Bank Provides food & food delivery as well as nutritional counseling for residents of Shasta, Tehama or Trinity counties and who are disabled from HIV/AIDS and living on a limited income.
Sierra Foothill AIDS Foundation Provides comprehensive support services to people living with HIV or AIDS and their families and education and prevention services to the general public in the Sierra Foothills region, including Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, and Alpine Counties.
