For the 2012 NorCal AIDS Cycle:
- The fundraising minimum for Crew Members is $250.
- Crew Members who have not raised at least $250 by 4pm on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 will have to make a donation to the NCAC via credit card, cash, money order, or cashier’s check to raise their fundraising total to $250 if they wish to participate in the 2012 NCAC.
- Crew Members who were below the $250 fundraising minimum and made a self-donation on May 16, 2012 will be allowed to continue fundraising until June 8, 2012. Crew Members who self-donated and continued fundraising after the event may be eligible for a refund from NCAC of up to $250.
- The exact amount of the refund will be the smaller of the following three amounts: 1) money raised by the participant between 5/16/2012 and 6/8/2012; 2) the difference between $250 and the participant’s fundraising total on 5/16/2012; or 3) $250.
