Your mentor is your best source for information about everything having to do with NCAC.
Our mentor program is one of the excellent resources available to you from now until the event. All of our mentors are volunteers who have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas, and are willing to share it with you. They are available to help you with things like:
- bicycle selection and fit
- clothing and equipment
- training and routes
Mentors are also available to simply validate that you’re on the right track with your training and fundraising. They can empathize with you, as all of them have been involved in long distance bicycle fundraising events in the past – and they were new to the scene not too long ago. When you register, you will receive contact information for your mentor to help you get in touch with them regarding any questions or concerns you have with the ride.
If you have not received your mentor information, please contact us and we will be happy to hook you up with your mentor!
If you have any questions regarding the Mentor Program or would like to volunteer to be a Mentor please contact Shaun Fitzgerald at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Remember, we’re here to support you and you CAN do this!
