After arriving back from your day on the road, showered and slipped into something more comfortable, you are free to enjoy snacks, massages, chiropractic treatments, and compare stories from your day.

A fully catered buffet-style dinner is available about an hour after the route closes. This gives everyone a chance to relax for a few minutes before chowing down on some of the best food (or pretty darn close – especially after a long day on the road!) you’ve ever tasted.

Each night after dinner, the “Evening Presentation” will provide thoughtful entertainment and information. Typically, NCAC beneficiaries share a little bit about their programs and community influence, the crew reports on the highlights of the day, prizes are awarded in a variety of categories (that are often dependent on the highlights of the day!), and several people share personal stories. Get ready to laugh, cry, and reach out and touch someone.

After this, you’ll be ready to hit the hay – whether you have set up in the “tent city” or opted to stay in a RV or nearby hotel/motel room, sleep will come quickly! If you listen closely, you might hear folks making quiet music as you drift off.

A limited number of RV spaces may be available at Base Camp, additional charges may apply.
Anyone interested in utilizing the onsite RV spaces must contact ncaceventinfo@gmail.com to make arrangements.
NCAC will not provide transport of RVs to or from Basecamp!

Princess/Queen Plan Alternatives

If you don't fancy tent camping there are various options available; NCAC does NOT provide transportation to offsite accommodations.

Hotel Accommodations (Offsite):

NCAC does not have discounted group rates with local hotels; however, but here are a few recommendations based on our research. Rates are not guaranteed. Hotels may not be close to Basecamp. Please check maps.

There is no hotel transport or shuttle to and from hotels. Cyclists and crew must find their own way to and from hotels.
