2026 NCAC Friends & Family Night

Schedule: Dinner will Start at 6:30pm, followed by a celebratory program featuring local artists & organizations.

What could be better than sharing your NCAC experience with loved ones, close friends, or your top donors? On Saturday night of the ride, you’ll have the opportunity to invite guests to join us for dinner and a celebratory program featuring local artists and organizations.
To ensure an accurate count for our caterer, dinner tickets must be purchased in advance by Wednesday, May 6. Tickets are $40 per person and will NOT be sold on-site.

Cost: $40.00 per person. Regular and Vegetarian/Vegan Options available.

Our Caterers have Assembled a Mouth-Watering Spread for this year’s Friends & Family Dinner!

This Year's All American Grill Menu is:

  • Teriyaki Glazed Tri-Tip

  • Mixed Grilled Vegetables

  • Assorted Dinner Rolls

  • Lemonade & Iced Tea

  • Grilled BBQ Chicken w/ Roasted Tomatillo Salsa

  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • Crisp Mixed Salad w/ Ranch & Balsamic

  • Dessert

  • Assorted Soda & Water

    Vegetarian/Vegan Main Dish will be Roasted Garlic, Bell Pepper and Balsamic Glazed Pasta (only provided to those that have purchased a Vegetarian/Vegan Meal Ticket or NCAC participants that have designated this on their Registrations)

How It Works:
Upon arrival at the Yuba-Sutter Fairgrounds, please check in with event staff to receive a wristband for each guest with a pre-purchased ticket. All guests in the meal line must have a wristband.

To help ensure a smooth check-in process, please access Palmer Hall through Gate 8 (Livestock Gate) on Franklin Street near Garden Highway. Guests should not arrive before 5:30 PM.

Guests are welcome to attend the evening program without purchasing a dinner ticket; tickets are only required for those who plan to eat.

Please note: Cyclists and crew participating in NCAC 2026 who have met their fundraising minimums do not need to purchase a Friends & Family Dinner ticket—Saturday night’s dinner is already included.
