NCAC 2026 Menus

This year, we’re excited to have two outstanding caterers who will keep you well-fed and ready to give it your all on the road


Laura Kenny and her team at Real Food Catering have been part of NCAC for as long as we can remember. Over the years, our Veteran Riders and Crew have consistently praised the quality and flavor of their meals.

This year, Laura and her staff will be providing all meals outside of Camp, including lunches along the route and even breakfast burritos (V option) for cyclists and crew at Beals Point on Thursday.

Daily Lunch Items may include:

Sandwiches - Ham, Cheddar & Mustard Aioli; Turkey, Havarti & Chipotle Aioli; Roast Beef, Cheddar & Horseradish Aioli; Tuna Salad; Salami, Havarti & Balsamic Aioli; PB & J (V-VG); Cucumber, Tomato & Hummus (V-VG)

Sides - Lemon Quinoa w/ Spring Vegetables (V-VG & GF); Antipasto Pasta Salad (V-VG options); Black Bean & Rice Salad w/ Honey-Lime Vinaigrette (V); Lemon Orzo Pasta w/ Asparagus & Feta Cheese (V-VG); Quinoa w/ Broccoli, Carrots & Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette (V-VG & GF); Traditional Potato Salad (V & GF); Seasonal Fruit; Dill Pickles

Desserts - Snickerdoodle Cookies; Berry Crumble Bars; Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies; Brownies


We’re thrilled to have secured Harley Cantrell of Panda Momo Catering Co. to provide our breakfasts and dinners at Camp this year. Harley and his team have created delicious, satisfying menus that will keep you fueled and full throughout all four days!

Breakfasts (Friday - Sunday)

  • Proteins: Apple Chicken Sausage & Scrambled Eggs w/ Peppers & Onions

  • Carbs: Mixed Berries, Steel Cut Oatmeal, French Toast Bread Pudding with Syrup, Fresh Fruit Salad, Granola and Greek Yogurt, Roasted Potatoes, Mixed Pastries, Bagels, Cream Cheese.

  • Beverages: Coffee, Tea & OJ

 

Dinners

Thursday - Mexican

  • Grilled Citrus Chicken

  • Flour/Corn Tortillas

  • Mixed Veggies

  • Shredded Mojo Pork Tenderloin

  • Cold Mixed Bean/Grilled Corn/Jalapeno/Cilantro/Onion Salad w/ Fig Balsamic Glaze

  • Tropical Salsas

Vegetarian (V)/Vegan (VG) Main Dish: Mushroom & Tofu Fajita Tacos


Friday - Italian

  • Penne Pasta and Meatballs w/ Red Sauce

  • Grilled Balsamic Glazed Mixed Veggies

  • Garlic Bread

  • Garlic Pasta a la olio (garlic pasta) w/ lemon pepper chicken

  • Mixed Salad w/ Ranch/Balsamic Dressing on the side

Vegetarian (V)/Vegan (VG) Main Dish: Penne Pasta w/ Shiitake Mushroom & Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce


Saturday - American Grill (Friends & Family Night)
